Mr. Rahul Deshmukh, a young visionary, whose aim to establish trust and reliability. With more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, he is a technical and architectural genius behind the Company’s outstanding reputation for quality and innovation. He projects the ability to convert barren land into a vibrant project. He is known for precision and perfection which is reflected through his work.
Rahul’s contribution is instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning of the Group by playing an important role in keeping various functions of the Group synchronized. He takes care of inventory management & construction activities for all projects.

Mr. Yusuf Kanchwala, a qualified Accountant, is taking care of the management of Aakar Constructions Group; it is under his guidance that the group is able to make a strong base of clients. Yusuf has a combination of qualities like sharp professional acumen, concerned citizen with social awareness, untiring zest for giving value to every client and down to earth attitude. He is known for his sheer determination in handling adversities in business. Yusuf believes in simplicity and builds trust with business associates by being patient and reliable. Pushing the envelope in a bid to explore new frontiers drives Yusuf. As a tech wizard, he’s constantly innovating to make technology simpler to understand and use. When he is not burning the midnight oil in office, he is globe-trotting to learn new breakthrough technologies that can shape the future of the company.
