Job Overview:
Aakar Constructions Group is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will manage financial transactions, prepare accurate financial statements, and ensure the company’s compliance with tax regulations. This role is crucial for maintaining the financial health of the company and supporting its continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.
- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and track company financial records.
- Assist in tax filing, auditing, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost-saving. - Collaborate with project managers to oversee construction budgets and project finances.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring availability of funds for construction projects.
- Maintain organized records for all financial transactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Marketing Executive

- Plan and execute marketing strategies and campaigns
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis

- Interact with clients on a daily basis
